Increase of capacity and updating of the process technologies
Technical evaluations for improving operations and results in existing plants may include:
- Updating, retrofit and/or replacement of existing equipment
- Update of processing technology
- Implementation or improvement of hulls separation systems and expansion of flaked meats
- Replacement of pellet machines by expanders (preparation of corn germ, rice bran)
- Automation of production processes and of the flow of solids and liquids in the extraction
- Pre-desolventizing stages for DT or DTDC and revamp of the desolventizing process
